Where  do I enter a coupon code?

At the Checkout page, there is a blank field under your order summary. Please type in your coupon code and then click apply. The discount will appear in your order summary. 

Please note that only 1 coupon code may be used per order.  

What countries do you ship your products to? Our products are currently available in USA, Canada, Spain, France Italy and Brazil and are all free shipping. We are exploring other countries. If you would like to purchase our products in other countries, please contact us

Where can I find a proper size for a product? Our sizing differs across all products. Please kindly visit a specific individual product page to review the proper sizing instruction. If you still need help finding correct size for you, please contact us

I've forgotten my password If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Please click "forgot your password?" on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address. To then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. 


Order and billing: 

How can I pay for my order?  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Discover.  
What currency is your website displayed in? Our prices are shown and charged in US dollars. You can also use the currency converter icon on the top right corner of each page to select pricing displayed in CAD or EUR.
I have a question about my charges   Click the Account link here or at the top left side of our navigation bar and sign in to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us for further assistance.
My order status says "fulfilled". What does this mean? It means we have received and processed your payment. At this stage, we have sent our order to the post office and will be exported and on the way to you. 
How do I change items or cancel my order? Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed as it begins processing right away.
How can I track my order?

Once we has sent the item to the post office and marked your order as fulfilled, you would receive an email with tracking number enclosed by our shipping service. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. 

Note that FDVA by Fight Diva products are made upon order and will take 5-10 days to ship to US customers. For international shipping, it will take around 2 weeks to custom create and ship to your door. 

We source our products from several vendors within the US and Asia. This allows us to offer high quality products with affordable prices. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please allow 2 to 4 weeks shipment. 

My order is missing an item

Your orders can be subjected to separate shipments due to multiple items can be housed at different fulfillment centers. Based on an order, one item might be shipped ahead of another product you purchased. 

If you are concerned about a missing item, please find the tracking number(s) and check with the shipping carrier to confirm that your packages(s) were delivered. 

If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you are not in possession of it, please contact us for further assistance. 

I have received the wrong item

First, we apologize for this rare occasion. Please contact us immediately with below information: 

  • Your order #
  • The name of the item you have received 
  • The name of the item you should have received
  • A photo of the item you have received 

After receiving the above information, we will work on sorting this issue out asap. Your information and photo shall be verified before any correction process begins. 

There is no need to return the wrong item, we will simply send a replacement at no cost to you. 

I have received a defective item

First, we apologize for this rare occasion. Please contact us immediately with below information: 

  • Your order #
  • The name of defective product 
  • A description of the defect
  • Few photos showing the defect 

We will go through the replacement process once we receive the above information.  

There is no need to return a defective item, we will simply send a replacement at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund value? Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your account from the time they are issued. In most cases, they post within 5 to 10 business days.
